How do I create a new property listing?

We're excited that you want to add a new property to Holidu! It's quick and easy to do directly from your account. Just follow these simple steps to get your property listed.

Step-by-step guide to creating your property listing

1. Log in to your account

Start by logging into your Holidu account. Once you're in, navigate to the "Properties" section to begin the process.

2. Click "Add Property"

Look for the "+ Add Property" button in the top left corner (Desktop) or the "+ Add" button in the bottom right corner (Mobile app). Click it to start creating your new listing.

3. Choose your property structure

Select whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or multi-unit (several units at the same address). This helps Holidu understand your property setup.

4. Import existing listing information

We'll ask if your property is already listed on another platform like Booking.com or Airbnb. If yes, you can import some information directly to speed up the setup process.

5. Enter property details

Fill in the following essential information:

• Property name: Give your property a clear, guest-friendly name
• Property type: Select from options like apartment, villa, finca, chalet, vacation home, or hotel-apartment
• Guest capacity: Specify the maximum number of guests. This cannot exceed your total sleeping places once you configure rooms and beds

6. Add location details

Enter your property's full address and adjust the map pin to mark the exact location of your property.

7. Provide host email (property managers only)

If you're managing properties on behalf of hosts, enter the email address of the associated host account.

Important information

Note: Hotel rooms and properties where the host resides during guest stays cannot be listed on Holidu. You also cannot set a minimum number of guests requirement at this stage—only a maximum capacity.

What happens next?

After creating your property with basic information, you'll need to complete the full configuration by adding photos, detailed descriptions, and other details. Once ready, click "Request Publication."

Your Account Manager will then review your listing and contact you to finalize any remaining details before publishing your property across Holidu's distribution channels.
