Attract more guests with discounts

Access your discount settings in your Holidu Host dashboard under Configuration → Discounts. You'll find several options to choose from:

• First 3 bookings discount — automatically applied to the first 3 bookings of a new property
• Mobile Discount — attract guests booking from mobile devices
• Loyalty Discount — a fixed 10% discount available for properties with minimum 3 reviews in both Holidu and Booking.com portals with an average score of 7.5 or higher
• Early Bird Discount — reward guests who book in advance by choosing your preferred lead time
• Last-Minute Discount — fill availability with short-notice bookings
• Weekly Discount — reward longer stays of 7 nights or more
• Discount for your direct booking website — offer guests a small discount when booking directly through your website, while keeping more earnings

Smart ways to fill your calendar

Beyond discounts, flexible stay options help you maximize occupancy:

• Fill short gaps between reservations — accept short stays in calendar gaps at your chosen price uplift
• Accept short stays for full-stay pay — allow bookings for fewer nights than your standard minimum while keeping earnings intact
• Lower your minimum stay for last-minute dates — automatically reduce minimum stay requirements as check-in dates approach

How to configure your settings

You set the percentages, windows, and minimums based on your property's needs. Holidu's pricing recommendations are based on local market data, helping you match each setting to demand in your area. Simply select Configure for any discount or flexible stay option, adjust your parameters, and click Activate to save your changes.
