Yes, you can update your property name and ownership information in your Holidu listing. However, how these changes appear depends on which channel your property is listed on. Let's walk you through what you need to know.

Understanding how your property name and host information appear across channels

When your property is published on Holidu, it is also distributed across our partner channels such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and Vrbo. For technical and contractual reasons, the host name shown on these partner channels cannot be customized. This means Holidu appears as the host on those ads to ensure compliance with partner channel rules and to give guests confidence when booking through recognized platforms.

Where your name appears as the host

There are two specific places where your name will appear instead of Holidu's:

1. On the Holidu channel

Your name appears as the Host, while Holidu is listed as the Manager. This gives you visibility and helps build trust directly with guests on our platform.

2. On your Direct Booking Website ("My Website")

Why host names cannot be customized on partner channels

Displaying Holidu as the host on Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, and other partner platforms serves several important purposes:

  • Your property reaches a wider audience while Holidu manages the channel-side administration for you
