How can I add arrival instructions?

Providing clear arrival instructions ensures your guests have a smooth check-in experience. Learn how to set up and update arrival information in your Holidu Hosts account in just a few steps.

Steps to add arrival instructions

  1. Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Configuration.
  3. Scroll down and select Arrival Information.
  4. Click Edit to add or update details such as:
    • Key collection information
    • Directions to the property
    • Special check-in instructions
  5. Save your changes.

Update contact details

In the Contact Information section, click Edit to update the details of the person responsible for check-in, including name, phone number, and email.

Use AI to improve your instructions

When editing arrival information, you'll see an "Improve with AI" button. This tool rewrites your check-in instructions into a clear, structured format that guests will automatically receive in their confirmation emails.

Translate your instructions

After saving, use the Language Selector to translate your arrival instructions into all supported languages. Guests will automatically receive the translated version if their language is available.

Important notes

  • Your arrival information is automatically sent to guests after they confirm a booking.
  • If you update arrival details after bookings are made, inform those guests personally about the changes.
