  1. Log in to the Feratel Deskline Webclient

Data That Does NOT Sync

  • Manual Blocks from Feratel: Manual calendar blocks created in Feratel are NOT automatically imported to Holidu. You must add these manually in your Holidu calendar
  • Feratel Bookings via iCal: Bookings from Feratel will not sync back through iCal. For Feratel bookings on other calendars, use Feratel's own iCal link
  • Property Content: Photos, descriptions, and property details are not synced. You must maintain this information separately in both systems

Connection Shows as Pending

Mapping Codes Not Received

If you don't receive the email from Feratel with your mapping codes within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If the email is still missing, log back into Feratel Deskline and repeat the connection process to request a new set of mapping codes.

Prices or Availability Not Syncing

Verify that your connection status shows as active in both systems. Check that you've entered the mapping codes correctly in Holidu. Ensure there are no existing API conflicts with other property management software. If issues persist, contact support and provide your mapping codes and property details.
