How Check24 Works With Your Listing

When your property is active on Check24 through Holidu, you benefit from centralized management. Holidu handles all guest payments, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations for Check24 reservations automatically. Your payouts and invoices are processed through Holidu like any other distribution channel, and your main cancellation policy applies across all channels except Booking.com and Airbnb, where you can set specific terms.

Finding Your Property on Check24

To view your listing on Check24, visit their holiday rental section directly at ferienwohnung.check24.de. Search for your property by city name, locate it on the map, and ensure you're searching within your available booking dates to see your listing displayed.

Managing Check24 Bookings

Check24 bookings follow the same cancellation process as all other Holidu reservations. There is no separate management required—everything is handled through your Holidu dashboard.

Can I Deactivate Check24?

While we recommend keeping Check24 active to maximize your booking potential with no extra work, you can deactivate it if needed. Simply go to your Distribution Channels tab, click on Channel Terms, and select Deactivate Channel at the bottom of the page. Staying active on Check24 increases your property's visibility and improves your chances of receiving more bookings from German guests.
