Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth communication with guests and helps avoid issues at check-in. You can update your email, language, phone number, billing information, bank details, and more directly from your Holidu account. This guide walks you through each step to modify your account settings.

Where to Find Your Settings

Follow these steps to access your account settings:

  1. Log in to your Holidu account
  2. Click the Holidu Logo in the top right corner
  3. From the dropdown menu, select the section you want to update:
    • Account - for general settings, personal information, bank information, reports, certificates, and your agreement
    • Security - for email and password updates
  4. You can also navigate through the left-hand menu once you're in the Account area

1. Update Your Email Address

Your email address is essential for account access and guest communication. To update it:

  1. Go to Security
  2. In the Email section, click Edit
  3. Enter your new email address. Note: The new email address cannot already be registered with Holidu
  4. Click Save

Your email will be updated immediately and used for all future account communications.

2. Change Your Preferred Language

Holidu supports multiple languages for your account interface. To change your language preference:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll down to Settings
  3. Click Edit next to Language
  4. Select your preferred language from the available options
  5. Click Save

Your interface language will update immediately after saving.

3. Update Your Phone Number

Keeping your phone number current helps guests reach you and ensures important notifications are delivered. To update it:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Billing Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. Enter your updated phone number
  5. Click Save

Your new phone number will be saved to your account profile.

4. Edit Your Billing Information

Your billing information is used for invoicing and account records. To modify it:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Billing Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. Update any of the following as needed:
    • Organization name
    • Billing address
    • Tax details
  5. Click Save

Changes to your billing information take effect immediately.

5. Edit Your Bank Details

Your bank details are used for payouts. For security, bank information updates are processed through our secure partner Adyen.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Bank Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. You will be redirected to Adyen's secure platform
  5. If you already have an IBAN configured, delete the existing IBAN first
  6. Configure your new IBAN and follow the steps provided by Adyen
  7. Click Save

Your updated bank details are securely processed and will be used for future payouts.

6. Download Your Agreement

You can download a copy of your signed Holidu agreement at any time:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Your Agreement
  3. Click Download to save a copy to your device

Your agreement document is saved as a PDF file for your records.

Important Considerations: Changes That Require a New Agreement

Certain account changes trigger the need for a new agreement. If you need to make any of the following changes, please contact Holidu support for assistance:

  • Change the organization name
  • Change the account holder name
  • Change from an individual account to a legal entity account, or vice versa
  • Change bank details with a different account holder name

Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a new agreement for you to review and sign.

Regularly reviewing and updating your account information helps ensure:

  • Smooth communication with guests
  • Accurate billing and payment processing
  • Secure access to your account
  • Timely receipt of important notifications and updates
