The location is ideal to reach the most beautiful beaches in the surroundings of Messina, such as Gioiosa Marea (20 km) or Capo D 'Orlando (30 km); in this northern part of Sicily there is also the sanctuary of Madonna di Tindari (50 km) and the beautiful spa town of Cefalù (80 km).

Beautiful vacation home with panoramic view and nice veranda with built-in table and barbecue where you can cook, eat outside and spend pleasant moments of relaxation, perhaps accompanied by a good book. San Vito Lo Capo is famous for its crystal clear waters, for the couscous festival and for the Zingaro nature reserve, it is also one of the largest climbing areas in southern Italy. The great walls of Monte Monaco and Monte Cofano have always attracted climbers from all over Europe, thanks to the beautiful cliffs equipped for sport climbing. Dirt access in good condition (about 700m).
